1. No Treatment or Cure Disclaimer

We are a holistic and functional medicine practice. We do not “treat” or “cure” any condition. We support the body to allow for maximum healing. All information, protocols, supplements, home therapies, and consultations are for educational and supportive purposes only. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

2. Services and Care Plans

We offer 12-month, 18-month, and 24-month care programs that include homeopathic remedies, functional neurology protocols, brain-based exercises, LZR 20,000-watt red light therapy, radionics, magnetic therapy, weekly check-in calls, unlimited texting, and pre/post lab testing (where applicable). Full details are provided in the Care Plans section of the Site.

Payments are due upfront (except for weekly calls). There are no refunds and no itemized invoices provided. Financing options are available through CareCredit or other third-party partners listed on the Site.

3. Patient Responsibilities and Instructions

If you become a patient, you agree to follow the protocols provided, including: – Taking homeopathic remedies exactly as instructed (one drop only, as directed). – Using the LZR red light, functional neurology protocols, brain-based exercises, and magnetic therapy daily. – Following the recommended anti-inflammatory diet (primarily seafood, vegetables, low-glycemic fruits, nuts, seeds; minimal meat). – Attending scheduled weekly calls (missed calls without notice may result in discontinuation of services). – Contacting us via text at the patient-only numbers provided to you.

You may not work with another functional medicine doctor simultaneously. You may keep your primary care physician for acute care needs.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including videos, protocols, articles, and images, is owned by Dr. Michael L Johnson and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any material without written permission.

5. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. This includes any health outcomes, supplement use, or home therapies. You use the Site and services at your own risk.

6. Payments and Billing

We accept credit cards, cash, and checks. Credit card information is not stored by us; payments are processed through secure third-party providers. All care plan payments are non-refundable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Gogebic County, Michigan.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
